This class strengthens and connects mind, body, and spirit. You’ll improve posture, flexibility, and endurance, while calming the mind and inspiring the soul. Power Yoga moves through poses quickly to keep your heart rate up while scorching stress.

Every day is a new dance routine and music style to get funky with: hip hop, salsa, samba, pop, oldies, and more. Dance helps strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt your body in a fun way that doesn’t even feel like a workout. No dance experience required!


BODYBURN CAMP

MONDAY - FRIDAY, 7PM

This circuit-style class uses high-intensity strength and cardio intervals to blast fat, improve muscle tone, and get your heart rate up. Come groggy, leave energized.


CARDIO KICKBOXING

MONDAY - FRIDAY, 7PM

 This action-packed workout combines combination movements that improve endurance, burn calories, and enhance muscle tone, while also teaching basic self-defense skills.
